She handled everything so calmly, gently replaced it, and made sure I was okay. But what really stayed with me was her heart. She wasn’t focused on business or money at all, she was focused on me. She looked at me and said, “I think you can use a  hug,” and gave me the best one… and honestly - it was exactly what I needed that day. Kindness and empathy feel so rare these days, and it was so refreshing to experience something so genuine and hearful. She didn’t just fix my earring, she truly lifted my day and my faith in humanity. I’m so grateful I found her. I had a great experience getting pierced there and then had her come to a private party at my home. She and her assistant, Naomi, handled the crowd incredibly well and everyone was given the same amount of attention and care that they would receive in her studio.
